SalesTraq Pro combines the power of SalesTraq Standard with searchable databases to analyze new and existing (resale) home closing information, residential building permits, final mapped lots and raw land sales. Understanding what new housing options are available (SalesTraq Standard) is important, but many of our clients find it important to run custom analyses of actual home closings for the entire region, or a particular neighborhood. Our existing (resale) closing database is the only one that allows its subscribers to search between foreclosures, short sales, auction sales and non-distressed home closing data. Our team of analysts reviews all transactions on a recurring basis to ensure that you are obtaining detailed and accurate information as the market changes.

Why would I need SalesTraq Pro? If you ever have clients tell you that their neighbor's home sold at auction, or a foreclosure down the street was sold for a premium, you can search our custom database to validate these claims, or run comparables (comps) on properties, even if they aren’t listed in the MLS. You also have the ability to pull the floor plans for these properties to confirm if they are a model match for client’s home.
